In England, with the help of the Kindertransport organization, Suzi applied for and received an entry visa to Palestine issued on July 12, 1939, to be reunited with her family.

 

She left England on November 8, 1939 and arrived in Haifa on January 6, 1940.  She was met at the dock by her parents and Sala. They had not seen Susi in eight months.
