What is antisemitism?
Antisemitism is the irrational hatred of Jews because they are Jewish. Jews are a minority population and are frequently blamed for various problems in society. Even when Jews have been accepted by the governments of the countries they live in, antisemitism has remained a problem. Antisemitism fueled the Holocaust. Antisemitism remains a problem today.
