Declaration of Bankruptcy for a Jewish Company

This is a petition from 1938 for declaration of bankruptcy and seizure of assets of the "Jewish company" Carl Bondy & Co. brought to the Court for Commerce by Paul Prem. Most of the persons of the company had left the country, so the company effectively ceases to exist, and the assets were claimed for outstanding taxes and other debts.

The Nazi government made life so uncomfortable for Jews that they sought to leave and those who remained were forced to give up their businesses and possessions.

Is it fair that the government, which made life in Germany intolerable for Jews and pressured Jews to leave Nazi Germany,  monetarily benefited from abandoned Jewish industries?
